At Balance Coffee Roasters, we roast and pack fresh to deliver the best possible coffee experience. Please read the details below for shipping timelines, costs, and delivery information.
1) Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India (serviceability depends on courier network and pin code).
If your pin code is not serviceable, we’ll notify you and process a refund (if payment is already made).
2) Order Processing Time
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Fresh roasted coffee may require additional time depending on roasting schedules.
• Orders placed on Sundays/holidays are processed the next working day.
3) Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities/towns: 3–6 business days
• Remote areas: 5–9 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery location (pin code)
• Order weight/size
• Offers/free shipping thresholds (if running)
Note: Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.
5) How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an order tracking link/ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (based on what you provided at checkout).
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to start showing movement after dispatch.
6) Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, the package may return to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7) Packaging
We pack products securely to prevent damage in transit. Coffee is sealed to retain freshness.
Minor scuffs/dents on outer packaging during shipping may occur and do not necessarily indicate product damage.
8) Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Deliveries
If your order is:
• Delayed: Contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.
• Marked delivered but not received: Inform us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
• Received damaged: Share an unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll investigate and provide the best resolution as per the courier investigation and our internal checks.
9) Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and packaging needs. Tracking details will be shared accordingly.
